  Interview With Terry the Farmer (Video)

After William and I made it into the garden itself, Terry took a few minutes to describe what he's got growing in there.


It turns out what was eating

It turns out what was eating the tomato plants were hornworms. That explains why the tops were eaten. They eat the tops and then retreat for cover under the leaves below. I found two and smooshed them. They are horrible creatures although it is said they are good bait for fishing.
