Slept Through Contractions

I'm pretty sure I kept contracting through most of the night, but slept through them. I base this on the fact that I would feel contractions when I did wake up to go to the bathroom overnight. But it's only a few per hour, no big deal. Since yesterday, the contractions feel more like menstrual cramps than the usual general stiffening of the Braxton-Hicks. So they are less comfortable, but still not painful.

I was hoping things would kick into high gear either late night or early morning, but no such luck, nothing really is going on now. I'm trying to figure out what I want to do with my day. Ordinarily I'd have at least one playdate for W in a week, but we haven't done anything since little Hudson moved away in late May. Maybe I'll go shopping. Or maybe actually get started on a little romper for W. It's kind of hard to just get on with your life when you think you might have a baby at any time. But then you don't have one, so in retrospect you might as well have gone out and done something. But by the time you realize this, it's too late since you once again think you're going to have the baby.
