Max Rolled Over

I no longer have the convenience of leaving the baby in the middle of the bed while I putter around-- Max rolled over this morning!

It was front-to-back only, so there's not a lot of locomation with that, but if he can roll over one direction, it's only a matter of time before he can roll back-to-front, and then he'll be able to cover some ground.

Time to get T to put up the baby gate at the top of the stairs. He never got around to it with W, so it's still in its box. This is how long projects lie fallow around our home-- until they are no longer necessary (or are necessary for the next child). But at least all the outdoor projects got done (playground, park, pond) in a timely way, so I'm appreciative of that.

Now that T is going to try this new thing of devoting a whole week to one project (or one type of project) I think we'll start to see a lot more maintenance and progress around the house. Last week he worked on programming, I'll have to ask him what this week will be. He mentioned doing a fix-it week, where he just focuses on fixing everything that's broken and other maintenance. He just changed the whole-house water filter (which I have been requesting he do since oh, about February I think), so maybe this will be the week!
