Lunch
1:30 pm - goat cheese & cucumber sandwich, salad with goat cheese, cucumber, lettuce, balsamic vinaigrette. Water.

Dinner
6:00 pm - DQ bacon cheeseburger, fries, diet coke.

Snack
9:00 pm - 1 local apple, 1 oz almonds, 1 White Russian (with milk, not 1/2 & 1/2), 2 canteens of water.
