Hopeful About the Advance Prep

I've decided to prepare most of the food for the Thanksgiving feast early this year. Some recipes state explicitly what steps can be prepared in advance, but I'm guessing on others. I have my fingers crossed that it will all work out, but we won't have to wait long to know for sure!

I made biscuit dough and a sweet potato casserole (both confirmed to be ok in advance). I've also prepared the squash casserole and stuffing-- these I'm just guessing that I prepared them to a point that will be ok in advance. Everything will need to go into the oven at 350F once the turkey's done, so I might have to get that third oven rack out from behind the freezer. Or put one of the smaller items in the toaster oven. I've got plenty of time before I must decide.

I think I'll go ahead and make the pastry dough for the pie tonight, then I think that will be all for today. Tomorrow I'll just have to deal with the turkey and put the sides in the oven (then put in the pie when they come out).
