Two Miles Felt Fine At The Time

I was up from 5:30am-7am this morning, but was able to fall back asleep until 11am, so I felt pretty good. The sleeping-in does encroach on what I accomplish during the day, but since I don't have too many responsibilities I'm content to just take the sleep.

After breakfast (at 11:30am. . .), it was finally sunny (it has been raining here for days) so I got Terry to go for a walk with me. It was a beautiful day, and I felt fine walking two miles; it took about 45 minutes. Then I got showered and ready to go out for the day. I had a 3pm appointment in Cville, and a few errands to run.

While I felt just fine during the walk, I've been really tired ever since then. I nearly slept in the car on the ride into town at 2pm, and although I perked up a little after lunch (Bodo's at 2:30pm) I was tired again by 4. We went to Bed, Bath, and Beyond to find a shower curtain for the nursery bathroom, but I didn't see anything I liked. I think I'll try Target. I was able to find a nice shower curtain for the condo at Target, so maybe they'll have something suitable for the nursery. I want something with a cheerful pattern. If I don't find something I like, I might just go ahead and sew one. Maybe use my newly acquired quilting experience to quilt something up.

After grocery shopping, Terry and I got home around 5:30pm, and I went right to bed. I was very tired. And my back was starting to hurt, still does. It's not like my back muscles are sore, it's more like my kidneys are sore and I feel it in my back. And my head hurts a little. I don't know if all this is because I walked two miles today, or if I'd feel it even if I lay in bed all day just because I'm getting closer to my due date.
