Breakfast
9:30 am - 1 cup oatmeal with walnuts, raisins, maple syrup. Cafe au lait.

Lunch
1:00 pm - small piece of leftover salmon, small serving leftover potatoes. Water, about 1 cup goldfish crackers. Greek yogurt with honey.

Dinner
6:30 pm - 1/2 personal mushroom pizza at Brix, 1/2-sized caesar salad, water, pint of beer.

Snack
9:30 pm - 1 glass red wine, 2 oz peanuts.

6:00 pm - 1 local apple

Dinner
6:30 pm - salmon-salad bruschetta (baked salmon with mayo, onions, homegrown cherry tomatoes atop buttered toasted hoagie rolls), 1.5 slices (<1 full 6" roll). Finished first canteen of water, started second.

Snack
9:30 pm - 1 oz raw almonds, 1 glass red wine, finished 2nd canteen of water.

10:30 pm - snack plate with brie, smoked herring, grapes. 2nd glass of red wine, started 3rd canteen of water.
